1. What information we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, phone number, and message content. During a project: only the technical information required to deliver that project, with access limited to the relevant team.
2. Why we collect it
To respond to inquiries, deliver contracted services, and improve support quality. Your information is never sold or rented to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Data retention
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Project technical data is deleted or returned after contract completion, per client agreement.
4. Cookies
The KaraHub website does not use advertising tracking cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled by the site administrator, it is used only for anonymized visit statistics.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time via the contact form.
