We write the price down

In a market where everyone hides behind "contact us for pricing", publishing a number is the simplest thing a provider can do and the thing least often done. Three tiers, set by how much of the work of keeping it running we take on.

These prices are not final and are shown as an opening range. The agreed figure is set in the meeting.

What the price is based on

The price is counted per unit of the infrastructure we look after: servers, services, network, backups and access paths. That is where the work actually is — a server needs the same attention whether twenty people sit behind it or two hundred. Supporting end users is a different job with a different driver, so it has a separate line: leave it off if you have an internal team, add it if you do not. All three figures are on this page so you can add them up yourself, with no itemised extras and no charge for picking up the phone.

In all three plans

  • No lock-in; one month of notice ends it
  • Your data and configuration are yours, handed over at the end
  • A monthly report with measured figures, not adjectives
