1. Scope of Services

KaraHub's services are defined exactly within the written proposal provided to each client. Any change in scope requires a separate written agreement.

2. Payment

Payment follows the terms stated in each project's invoice. Late payment may result in a temporary suspension of services.

3. Confidentiality

Technical and business information shared with KaraHub during a project is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver that project.

4. Liability

KaraHub is liable for damages directly resulting from improper performance of its contractual obligations. We accept no liability for damages arising from the client's independent decisions or infrastructure outside the project scope.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project with 15 days' written notice; work completed up to that date is invoiced and settled.
